Brisket, Business, and Bourbon was formed with the idea of bringing people together over the love of whiskey, good food, and giving back to our community. In this event we will eat the finest meats, have a guest speaker, and then sample 5 high end whiskey spirits in a blind tasting. A portion of proceeds to each event and silent auction items benefits a different 501c3 non-profit.

Business

Business is the life blood of our economy. We are always on the lookout for great speakers that can share stories and entertain our audience as well as passing along pieces of wisdom from their experience.

Brisket

Brisket is one of the best slow-cooking barbecue meats. It has an unbeatable combination of flavor and tenderness when cooked properly. The entire process takes almost 24 hours to prepare and smoke. We wanted to server nothing but the best for our loyal supporters.

Bourbon

BB&Bourbon meetings are intended to be enjoyed by rookies as well as the most experienced connoisseur. Each event is designed to allow ours members to sample the best styles of whiskeys making each tasting exquisitely unique. These group samplings are led by a professional that will help point out the various flavors and will help guide the process as we all grow together in our knowledge of the great brown water

About the Founder

Reed was born in Nashville. He attended Lipscomb University where he studied Marketing and Business. While in college, Reed spent his summers in college working with Southwester Advantage. During this time he worked on average over 85 hours a week selling educational products door-to-door in what he would say is one of the most challenging internships a college student can be involved with. While he was there he recruited, trained, and managed an organization of over 25 students. During this time he spent several hundred hours coaching and training others as well as being mentored himself. After leaving Southwestern Advantage, Reed was the first employee with Property Management Connection. There he learned the ins and outs of the real estate investment world. Today he is a successful residential Realtor and loves showing people around his home town.
